About the role

  • Oversee daily entry and reconciliation of financial transactions within NetSuite, ensuring data integrity across all sub-ledgers.
  • Manage high-volume AP/AR workflows, including vendor invoice processing, payment scheduling, and customer refund reconciliations.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to reconcile inventory counts and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) within NetSuite.
  • Reconcile bank statements and third-party payment gateways (PayPal, Amazon Pay, Affirm) against internal NetSuite records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheets, P&L statements, and customized management reports using NetSuite’s saved searches and reporting tools.
  • Identify and implement NetSuite workflow improvements to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual entry errors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience, specifically in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required).
  • Familiarity with SuiteCommerce or e-commerce integrations is a major plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas).
  • A 'perfectionist' mindset when it comes to data accuracy and reconciliation.
  • Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate with departments from the Warehouse to the CEO’s office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
