• Ensure the quality of incoming energy incentive application files while maintaining client and partner satisfaction in multi-family residential and tertiary (commercial) sectors.
• Before issuing an offer, analyze documents and estimate the energy savings volumes and the corresponding incentive amount.
• Populate the CRM with new opportunities and track their progress.
• Qualify incoming submissions, verify the eligibility of equipment and quotes, and ensure files are compliant before they are processed.
• Build client loyalty by following up on their files and coordinating with internal teams.
