About the role
- Provide in-person support for incoming requests
- Diagnose and resolve issues by providing on-site second-level support
- Escalate incidents when necessary
- Clarify doubts, provide technical guidance and resolve issues related to the use of the software in use
- Perform interventions on users' workstations for diagnostics or to fulfill service requests
- Repair out-of-warranty IT equipment
- Develop processes/procedures based on the activities performed
Requirements
- Minimum: completed technical high school diploma in Information Technology or related IT areas
- Preferred: completed or in-progress higher education in a Technology-related field
