- In this role you will:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Complete reports and manage equipment inventory.
Requirements
- High school diploma or a technologist degree in Information Technology
- Field experience in maintenance of computer equipment, IT, physical and logical networking, hardware, cabling, system imaging and deployment, and operating system configuration
- Cable installation and crimping
- Preventive maintenance
- Problem diagnosis
- Completion of reports and inventory control.
