About the role
- Provide technical support for tickets using the designated tools, ensuring assistance to end users, sales managers, and the sales force.
- Receive, log, and resolve operational requests related to infrastructure and applications.
- Monitor and ensure the execution of operational routines with quality and efficiency.
- Identify, categorize, and escalate incidents or problems to higher support levels when necessary.
- Perform technical support following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure documentation of activities in ticket management tools.
- Adhere to security policies and operational best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating to optimize workflows and processes.
