About the role
- Ensure technical excellence across the entire organization.
- Support the growth and development of senior engineering talent.
- Align technology decisions with the company's strategic goals.
- Lead and mentor Tech Leads, setting and reinforcing technical direction.
- Promote the adoption of development best practices.
- Support architectural decisions, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
- Drive technical excellence in recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the CTO to define and evolve the company’s tech roadmap.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead, Architect, Head of Engineering)
- 2+ years in a software factory environment
- Advanced English Level (C1-C2)
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing role
- Track record of mentoring senior engineers and other leaders.
- Exposure to pre-sales or business development.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
