Product Manager

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, leading discovery and refinement activities;
• Translate needs into requirements and user stories;
• Ensure the team has clear understanding of the requests;
• Manage and prioritize the data and AI backlog;
• Monitor development progress in line with sprint planning;
• Validate deliveries and ensure they meet defined acceptance criteria;
• Track team metrics such as lead time and velocity, and report development progress to clients;
• Manage stakeholders;
• Support the commercial team with information on value delivered to clients and inputs for generating new demand;
• Participate in Scrum events such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
