About the role
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, leading discovery and refinement activities;
- Translate needs into requirements and user stories;
- Ensure the team has clear understanding of the requests;
- Manage and prioritize the data and AI backlog;
- Monitor development progress in line with sprint planning;
- Validate deliveries and ensure they meet defined acceptance criteria;
- Track team metrics such as lead time and velocity, and report development progress to clients;
- Manage stakeholders;
- Support the commercial team with information on value delivered to clients and inputs for generating new demand;
- Participate in Scrum events such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role;
- Knowledge of business processes across functions (finance, HR, marketing, procurement, etc.);
- Experience in projects developing technology, data, analytics, or AI solutions;
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Experience interacting with stakeholders across different areas (business and technical) and levels (operational to executive).
