About the role
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing, headhunting, and outreach across multiple platforms.
- Develop and maintain market maps, talent reports, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks.
- Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment systems (ATS).
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified shortlists to hiring teams.
- Track recruitment performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and communication with candidates.
- Benchmark job markets to identify trends and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to enhance process efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing and research functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Analyst
- Sourcing methods
- Research skills
- English C1
