About the role

  • Conduct proactive candidate sourcing, headhunting, and outreach across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and maintain market maps, talent reports, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks.
  • Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment systems (ATS).
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified shortlists to hiring teams.
  • Track recruitment performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and communication with candidates.
  • Benchmark job markets to identify trends and optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to enhance process efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing and research functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Analyst
