Lead development and execution of a unified global social media strategy for the Dental Solutions business
Ensure consistent regional activation and compliance across approved platforms and regions
Assess regional social media capabilities and build a resourcing model to support effective activation
Plan, execute, and optimize global social media campaigns in collaboration with the Global Media team and regional business units
Oversee governance, guardrails, and technology enablement to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk
Address process bottlenecks and provide training to increase agility and local relevance
Collaborate with other marketing teams to enhance end-to-end campaign planning and activation
Identify and investigate emerging trends to enhance customer experiences and meet evolving business needs
Define and track success metrics to ensure visibility into performance and optimization
Support strategic business priorities: strengthening brand/value proposition, evolving commercial models, and driving customer loyalty
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start)
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Marketing, Brand, or Agency roles
Minimum of five (5) years of social media engagement and advertising experience
At least three (3) years in social media community management for an ad agency, consumer brand, or B2B brand
Experience creating social media strategy in multiple countries/internationally (preferred)
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills for managing people, teams, and projects (preferred)
Skilled in content management and social publishing platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
Results-oriented with a track record of using metrics to manage programs
Self-starter committed to ongoing professional development
Knowledge of Agile methodology and digital marketing best practices
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship (e.g., H1B)
