- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND four (4) years of recruitment experience in Corporate, Agency, or RPO
- High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of recruitment experience in Corporate, Agency, or RPO
- Experience recruiting in the Canadian market
- Experience using the Workday Recruiting platform or similar ATS
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruiting practices
