- Oversee delivery quality, execution excellence, and enterprise-grade engineering outcomes.
- Manage utilization, bench, staffing strategies, and operating margin.

- 15+ years leading large-scale engineering organizations.
- Managed 150+ global staff across multi-technology teams.
- Expertise in cloud, DevOps, modern SDLC, and engineering best practices.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influence.
- Experience with pre-sales and shaping technical solutions.
- T-shaped leader with deep expertise in one domain and broad understanding across others.
- Travel-ready for client engagements.
