Assisting with the entry, monitoring, and tracking of customer orders to ensure timely processing
Managing and organizing shipping documents, invoices, and customer files in cooperation with the Logistics and Credit teams
Ensuring customer information and order details are accurately updated in our ERP/CRM systems
Supporting communication between Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics to help resolve minor shipping or delivery delays
Helping the team compile weekly or monthly reports on delivery performance and order status
Identifying simple ways to streamline administrative tasks within the OtC workflow

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant education degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Communications, or a related field
No prior professional experience required, but a previous academic project in a corporate environment is a plus
Basic understanding of the Order-to-Cash / Supply Chain process
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
English proficiency is required; any additional language (French, German) is an advantage
