About the role

  • Develop, execute, and implement talent sourcing and acquisition strategies.
  • Write and publish internal/external job postings using Solvay’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Source and interview candidates engaging candidates and conducting unbiased behavioral-based interviews.
  • Manage candidates by being the first impression and Solvay contact person to candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Track candidates and positions in the ATS, ensuring all applicants are correctly dispositioned in accordance with local compliance requirements.
  • Recruit local market to fill critical needs by developing recruiting strategies for site-specific recruiting channels and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Ongoing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related areas
  • Good level of English (Resumes must be sent in English)
  • Strong customer service orientation skills
  • Any additional language skills are a plus.
