About the role
- Work on the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Drive user adoption through effective change communication.
- Ensure that our global learning portfolio, including critical compliance training, is delivered seamlessly to support the Learning Catalog.
- Act as a strategic partner to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Centers of Expertise (CoE).
- Provide tools and guidance to CoEs and SMEs for high-quality learning content creation.
- Maintain training records and generate comprehensive dashboards.
Requirements
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related.
- Relevant work experience of 3–5 years of experience in LMS Administration, Learning Operations, or HR Digital Learning Systems.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Deep proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technology ecosystems.
- Saba Learning/Cornerstone experience is a plus.
