About the role
- Lead and manage a team of Supply Planning Managers and Planners across multiple operational regions.
- Set departmental goals, performance standards, and planning methodologies.
- Represent the Supply Planning function in executive-level discussions and cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop and maintain advanced planning tools and models to support scenario analysis and decision-making.
- Perform analytics to assess supply risks, cost impacts, and schedule trade-offs.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and responsiveness.
- Manage the escalation of supply planning issues, including supplier delays, engineering changes, and schedule conflicts.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management leadership to resolve high-impact issues.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in supply planning, procurement, or operations, including leadership of multi-level teams.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, planning tools, and data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Python).
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational improvements.
- Deep understanding of utility-scale PV, BESS, and HV project supply chains.
