💰 $119,025 - $142,830 per year

About the role

  • Responsible for assisting the Field Operations Manager in the management and support of operations within O&M’s portfolio of projects across an assigned district.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, fiscal and administrative functions of the portfolio in line with corporate strategy and objectives.
  • Ensuring and nurturing safety of all personnel and equipment on the sites.
  • Stresses the importance that safety is the most important function, ensuring that all employees follow safe practices while working.
  • Ensure industry safety compliance and hold all team members accountable.
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional and Level 4 Leads to ensure project tasks are on schedule and of the highest quality.
  • Collaborate with management to manage and maintain compliance in key markets.

Requirements

  • College degree in related Management field preferred
  • 5+ Years as a Regional Lead or equivalent
  • Strong leadership/management/communication skills
  • Strong organizational/prioritizing skills
  • Ability to make significant independent judgments
  • 30% travel
  • Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Experience working for a diverse multi-disciplined employee-owned company
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
