About the role

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in the banking, fintech, or financial services technology sector.
  • Proven success generating pipeline and closing enterprise-level deals directly or through strategic partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate business value of enterprise SaaS or communication technologies to banking decision-makers (CXOs, digital transformation, payments, or compliance leaders).
  • Strong understanding of the banking ecosystem, including compliance, risk, payments, and customer engagement trends.
  • A track record of overachievement in competitive and fast-paced.
  • Credibility in selling at all organizational levels and building strong client.
  • Consultative or value-based selling experience.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a passion for innovation and customer.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
