Sales Engineer

• Own technical discovery for payments opportunities to understand the customer’s current payments stack, workflows, and constraints.
• Ask sharp, structured questions to uncover integration requirements across payment flows, tokenization, security/compliance, reporting/reconciliation, and exceptions (declines, disputes, returns).
• Translate discovery into clear requirements and scope documents (assumptions, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria) in partnership with the Payments Sales Consultant.
• Lead customer-facing technical solutioning conversations, explaining implementation options and tradeoffs in plain language.
• Produce implementation-ready handoff artifacts and coordinate with the Implementation team to confirm scope, milestones, and readiness.
• Support pre-launch testing and early go-live troubleshooting as needed to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.

Payments Sales Engineer

General Counsel

• Develop and implement the Company's legal strategy to support its business objectives with respect to customer contracts, vendor contracts, and legal policies.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards that may affect the Company's operations and advise on necessary actions.
• Provide legal advice and support to the VP of Legal and other senior management as needed on contract-related matters.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts and business operations.
• Conduct legal research as required and collaborate with external counsel on corporate matters.
• Review and update key legal documents annually in collaboration with Compliance Operations including annual white paper publication, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
• Participate in support of the annual SOC2 audit in collaboration with Compliance Operations by maintaining internal controls, compiling evidence, coordinating with auditors and tracking process improvements.
• Manage the Company’s corporate insurance relationships including review of insurance coverage at least annually and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and partnership agreements to ensure terms are favorable and compliant with company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks and ensure contracts align with the Company's best interests.
• Ensure contract compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including industry-specific requirements.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and standard operating procedures for contract management including process improvement identification and implementation.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and finance, to ensure contract terms align with business goals and keep status updates current in the Company’s Salesforce system.
• Train, mentor and supervise junior legal staff on contract law, negotiation techniques, and contract drafting.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation in the Company's document management system.
• Manage contract disputes and resolution processes, working with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Oversee intellectual property matters, including trademark registrations, copyrights, and patents.
• Advise on data protection and privacy matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel to develop defense strategies and represent the company's interests as needed for litigation matters involving the company.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders during legal disputes.
• Identify legal risks across the organization and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• Conduct internal investigations related to legal matters, as necessary.
• Develop and deliver legal training programs to ensure employees are aware of legal risks and obligations.

Senior Counsel

Account Executive

• Develop and execute a lead to customer cycle that allows you to exceed your sales and revenue target

Senior Account Executive

• Own payments opportunity intake and qualification, assessing fit across payment rails, compliance requirements, expected GPV/transaction volume, and commercial structure.
• Determine deal viability early and guide go/no-go decisions in partnership with Core Sales.
• Lead payments-specific discovery alongside Core Sales, including current workflows, friction points, integration paths, stakeholder mapping, approval processes, and timelines.
• Shape and document a clear deal strategy and close plan aligned to customer and internal requirements.
• Build and own pricing and GPV models, including volume assumptions, forecasts, pricing structures, and commercial terms.
• Partner with Finance and leadership to secure internal approvals and translate models into customer-ready proposals.
• Drive solution design in collaboration with Solutions Consultants, Implementation, Product, and external partners as needed.
• Define scope, requirements, dependencies, and technical approach to support successful deal execution.
• Support end-to-end contract execution in partnership with Sales and Legal, including MSAs, payments addenda, exhibits, redlines, and signature coordination.
• Ensure commercial and technical terms align with the approved deal strategy.
• Coordinate implementation planning prior to formal handoff to ensure each closed deal has a clear onboarding plan, timeline, responsibilities, and technical path.
• Deliver a complete internal handoff package to enable a smooth and timely launch.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payments pipeline data, including next steps, risks, dependencies, and forecasting inputs.
• Capture and route learnings to improve go-to-market execution and product strategy, including objections, pricing insights, integration friction, and recurring deal patterns.
