About the role
- Owning end-to-end customer lifecycle reporting
- Building and enhancing Power BI dashboards
- Performing deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes behind churn
- Partnering with cross-functional executives to design lifecycle KPIs
- Driving alignment across cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, business operations, revenue operations, or a related data driven function
- Advanced level Power BI experience
- Proficiency with SQL and working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce
- BA/BS degree in business, analytics, data science, finance, IT, engineering, or a related field
