About the role
- Document processes by describing them according to process modeling standards.
- Conduct or participate in studies to define business processes.
- Analyze processes and ways of working and propose improvements to achieve objectives such as quality improvement, efficiency, and optimization.
- Perform impact analyses on business processes for various projects.
- Conduct workload evaluation studies and act as a subject-matter expert on workload assessment in various projects.
- Produce, for proposed changes, a quantitative analysis of impacts on operations related to clients and staff.
Requirements
- University degree in administration, project management, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology.
- Have participated for a total of 300 person-days, during the last five (5) years, in mandates related to process management including process modeling activities within an organization similar to the Ministry.
- Candidates presented must be proficient in French, both written and spoken.
