About the role

  • Create and maintain project plans;
  • Manage the lifecycle of lower-complexity projects, from planning through execution;
  • Ensure project activities comply with applicable policies and procedures;
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to project delivery;
  • Work with stakeholders and team members to establish priorities and schedules;
  • Prepare detailed project plans for all project phases;
  • Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure operational follow-up;
  • Report on project progress, dependencies, risks, issues and budget;
  • Communicate project status regularly to team members, stakeholders and management;
  • Support senior project managers in report preparation and change management;
  • As a member of the project management office, act as an ambassador for harmonizing practices across the organization and actively participate in the evolution of tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate that the proposed candidate has at least five (5) years of experience in the technology field, including at least two (2) years as an IT delivery coordinator;
  • Demonstrate that the proposed candidate has worked in a technological environment involving at least one of the following products: Microsoft CRM, SharePoint, Visual Studio .NET, ASP.NET, C#, Java;
  • Demonstrate that the proposed candidate has completed an assignment of at least six (6) months in a government or para-governmental organization.
