About the role Represent clients in civil and administrative litigation before courts and administrative tribunals. Develop legal strategies tailored to clients' needs. Prepare and file briefs, motions and other relevant legal documents. Conduct thorough legal research and analyze the implications of laws and regulations. Work closely with clients to ensure their interests are fully represented. Participate in negotiations and amicable settlements when appropriate. Requirements Law degree and active, in-good-standing membership with the Barreau du Québec. Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil and administrative litigation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Strong legal analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously. Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
