System Administrator

• Manage our Proxmox deployments, develop backup systems and improve observability.
• Manage our deployed operating systems, primarily Ubuntu but including FreeBSD and Windows.
• Improve observability of our control system and network infrastructure.
• Improve the security posture of our facilities.
• Work with software and network engineers to reduce manual work required for configuration and deployment of our systems via automation.
• Train on-site technicians to perform regular maintenance on deployed equipment.
• Improve the software test environment (miniMaestro) deployment in order to streamline the software test process.
• Visit our sites occasionally for stand-ups and maintenance as necessary (<5%).

Account Manager

• Identify, qualify, and close new Bitcoin mining customers
• Own a revenue target tied to contracted MWs, hosting revenue, and account expansion
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline across institutional and growth-stage miners
• Negotiate commercial agreements including pricing, term length, deployment timelines, and performance terms
• Build executive-level relationships with miner leadership teams
• Drive fleet expansion, contract renewals, and term extensions
• Shape commercial strategy by monitoring BTC market dynamics
• Provide market intelligence to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Operations, Energy, and Finance teams
• Represent Soluna at conferences and industry events
