About the role
- Actively prospect new clients, identifying business opportunities aligned with the company's solutions.
- Conduct sales meetings and on-site visits, presenting solutions consultatively and tailored to the client's needs.
- Manage and develop the client portfolio, ensuring close relationships and continuous value generation.
- Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the customer base.
- Focus on selling the TMS Entregou, exploring opportunities related to logistics management and optimization.
- Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and manage the full sales cycle through to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, product, and post-sales) to ensure the best customer experience.
- Maintain records and track opportunities in CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends and industry needs to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in technology or software.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting, negotiation, and closing).
- Track record in active prospecting and new business development.
- Experience in strategic account management and client relationship building.
- Availability to conduct client visits and travel when necessary.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Preferred qualifications / Nice to have:
- Experience with logistics management solutions, TMS, WMS, or supply chain technologies.
- Knowledge of the logistics, transportation, and e-commerce markets.
- Prior experience selling SaaS software or technology solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
