About the role

  • Actively prospect new clients, identifying business opportunities aligned with the company's solutions.
  • Conduct sales meetings and on-site visits, presenting solutions consultatively and tailored to the client's needs.
  • Manage and develop the client portfolio, ensuring close relationships and continuous value generation.
  • Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the customer base.
  • Focus on selling the TMS Entregou, exploring opportunities related to logistics management and optimization.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and manage the full sales cycle through to closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, product, and post-sales) to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Maintain records and track opportunities in CRM tools.
  • Monitor market trends and industry needs to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in technology or software.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting, negotiation, and closing).
  • Track record in active prospecting and new business development.
  • Experience in strategic account management and client relationship building.
  • Availability to conduct client visits and travel when necessary.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferred qualifications / Nice to have:
  • Experience with logistics management solutions, TMS, WMS, or supply chain technologies.
  • Knowledge of the logistics, transportation, and e-commerce markets.
  • Prior experience selling SaaS software or technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
