About the role
- Conduct technical assessments with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into solutions.
- Evaluate and design infrastructure architectures (hybrid, Modern Work, and endpoints) with a focus on security, identity, and governance.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals: scope, effort, costs, risks, and feasibility.
- Lead proofs of concept (POCs) and high-complexity projects.
- Serve as a technical reference/advisor for internal teams and support the commercial team during negotiations.
- Ensure integration between systems, applications, and infrastructure, aligning technology with business strategies.
- Plan and execute migrations and architectural evolution of solutions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Project, TAM, Sales, and Marketing teams, contributing to portfolio innovation.
- Mentor professionals, review technical deliverables, and disseminate knowledge.
- Define architecture guidelines, methodologies, and best practices, ensuring quality, security, and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hybrid infrastructure projects, Modern Work, and endpoint management
- Advanced training in Cloud Projects or Cloud Architecture
- Certifications such as: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or equivalent, Google Workspace Administrator or equivalent, Microsoft – Azure Solution Architect or Azure Network Engineer or equivalent, GCP – Associate Cloud Engineer or equivalent, AWS – Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent
- Degree in IT, Computer Networks, Management Processes, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Design, related fields, or equivalent certifications
