About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of public sector clients;
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within government agencies;
- Understand clients' technical and regulatory environments and propose appropriate solutions;
- Lead technical and commercial meetings, presenting the company's portfolio;
- Collaborate with pre-sales to build proposals and solutions;
- Negotiate contracts and ensure commercial targets are met;
- Monitor and ensure delivery of solutions according to scope and expectations;
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and public-sector compliance requirements;
- Develop relationships with vendors, partners and stakeholders;
- Participate in events, training and market initiatives;
- Monitor competitors and identify strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience as an Account Manager in technology or services
- Experience serving the public sector (government)
- Experience with cloud solutions: AWS, Microsoft Azure and GCP
