Performance Marketing

• Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Google ProMax, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting platforms.
• Manage keyword strategy, bidding, creative iteration, A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate closely with Growth and PMM to support product launches, webinars, events, and OSS initiatives.
• Improve landing page and conversion performance through iterative testing and data-driven optimization.
• Own on-page and technical SEO improvements across Solo.io content.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitive SEO insights across cloud and AI topics.
• Optimize page structure, metadata, H1/H2 hierarchy, URL structure, internal linking, and schema (if needed).
• Monitor SEO health using Google Search Console, GA4, and other tools, and recommend improvement paths.
• Update and maintain pages on Solo.io using Webflow, including new sections, layout refinement, CMS edits, metadata, CTAs, and forms.
• Implement light HTML/CSS modifications for styling or functional tweaks.
• Ensure responsive design, page speed, accessibility compliance, and tracking accuracy.
• Partner with Engineering for deeper Webflow or front-end issues.
• Prepare content, structural updates, and metadata changes for OSS microsites.
• Ensure consistency across Solo.io and OSS ecosystem assets.
• Aggregate technical content from PMM, Engineering, Field Marketing, and OSS contributors and translate into structured digital components.
• Maintain organized content systems and reusable modules for paid campaigns and SEO opportunities.
• Support the creation and maintenance of landing pages, webinar/event pages, and resource hubs.
• Apply GA4 tagging, event tracking, and UTM standards across campaigns and Webflow pages.
• Track and analyze performance across paid, organic, and web channels; identify root causes and optimization opportunities.
• Recommend and support A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and digital experiences.

• Contact prospects and customers via email, calls, LinkedIn messages, etc. with the goal of booking meetings for our AEs and Field Engineers.
• Use Sales Navigator and Zoominfo to research prospects and import them into Salesforce.
• Use Outreach to add prospects to sequences and follow the steps within sequences to book a meeting with a prospect.
• Achieve and exceed weekly / monthly metrics (calls, emails, booked sales meetings).
• Follow-up and qualify contacts from promotions, events, and other marketing and sales activities.
• Record all lead activities in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Respond to inquiries in our chat using Drift.
• Travel to in-person events as needed.

• Take the lead on technical issue resolution, working with the support organization to ensure timely and effective solutions. When capacity allows, you will be expected to provide the primary effort on solving issues within your accounts.
• Proactively drive product adoption by identifying new use cases and opportunities for the customer to gain more value from Solo.io's product suite.
