About the role
- Define and own Solink’s devices and infrastructure strategy, aligning technical investments with company growth and security objectives.
- Develop and prioritize a clear, outcome-driven roadmap for projects including hardware devices, cloud infrastructure, platform services, and reliability initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering and SecDevOps to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available systems.
- Translate complex architectural concepts into clear product & business requirements, success metrics, and execution plans.
- Establish and track performance indicators such as reliability (SLOs/SLAs), system performance, security posture, and cloud cost optimization.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, resilience, and developer productivity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to understand integration, compliance, and security requirements.
- Balance long-term platform investments with short-term business needs, ensuring disciplined prioritization and on-time delivery.
- Act as the connective tissue between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity at every stage.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience within a SaaS environment, with direct ownership of platform, infrastructure, hardware or cloud-based products.
- Strong technical foundation in cloud architecture, distributed systems, scalability patterns, and reliability engineering (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience).
- Recent and relevant experience using AI tools to conduct research, market analysis and develop high-quality, informed prototypes to accelerate product development.
- Proven experience building and executing technical roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance considerations, and modern cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions and manage trade-offs across cost, performance, and risk.
- Comfort operating in a hands-on, highly technical environment — able to engage deeply with engineers and architects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- High emotional intelligence and strong cross-functional leadership skills.
