About the role

  • Develop and implement the overall product strategy for LoJack, aligning with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Lead initiatives to drive product growth and market penetration.
  • Oversee key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
  • Establish and manage relationships with channel partners, ensuring effective collaboration and support.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder processes to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the ELT on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, account management, or business development within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving sales growth through channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of transactional sales processes and inventory management.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to executive leadership.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time).
