About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Corporate Account Managers serving investor‑owned utilities, IPPs, and generation fleets.
- Own enterprise and fleet‑level account strategies, serving as executive sponsor for key customers and driving multi‑site growth programs.
- Establish a disciplined operating rhythm across account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM rigor.
- Lead executive‑level customer engagements and value‑based selling conversations tied to plant and corporate KPIs.
- Orchestrate cross‑functional teams to convert complex opportunities into well‑executed, multi‑site programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to shape market strategy, innovation priorities, and competitive positioning in the power sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of experience in power generation and/or industrial water, process treatment, or solutions sales
- Proven people leadership experience with a track record of coaching, performance management, and team development
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise accounts and closing complex, multi‑stakeholder, multi‑site deals
- Strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Willingness to travel frequently across North America (typically 40–60%)
