About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Corporate Account Managers serving investor‑owned utilities, IPPs, and generation fleets.
  • Own enterprise and fleet‑level account strategies, serving as executive sponsor for key customers and driving multi‑site growth programs.
  • Establish a disciplined operating rhythm across account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM rigor.
  • Lead executive‑level customer engagements and value‑based selling conversations tied to plant and corporate KPIs.
  • Orchestrate cross‑functional teams to convert complex opportunities into well‑executed, multi‑site programs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to shape market strategy, innovation priorities, and competitive positioning in the power sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 12+ years of experience in power generation and/or industrial water, process treatment, or solutions sales
  • Proven people leadership experience with a track record of coaching, performance management, and team development
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise accounts and closing complex, multi‑stakeholder, multi‑site deals
  • Strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and ability to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Willingness to travel frequently across North America (typically 40–60%)
