About the role
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee design and drafting activities for the Americas DEPS team
- Ensure high-quality execution of mechanical and civil design work
- Effective resource planning and management of digital engineering assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution
- Develop, implement, and maintain drafting standards for Global Engineering within the Americas region
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years managing engineering teams
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or related field)
- Relevant experience in engineering design, supervision, or project coordination
- Proficiency with BIM, CAD systems, and engineering design software
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
