About the role
- The Area Manager will be responsible for the commercial sales operation for their area.
- Utilize the Solenis Vision, Mission and Cultural Beliefs to lead the people in the territory and deliver solutions and value to Solenis customers, new and existing.
- Develop and Execute growth strategies for the business and skill development strategies for team members.
- Lead and manage safety for the team
- Ensure team members are completing proactive safety measures
- Manage cost budget
- Provide sales forecasts for revenue and gross profit
- Establish and maintain high level customer relationships at key accounts
- Coach and Lead team for technical and selling strategies
- Maintain a healthy sales opportunity funnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science or will consider relevant experience
- Approximately 7+ years of experience in Pulp & Paper
