About the role
- Manage existing accounts by providing tailored chemical products and cleaning programs that meet operational requirements, ensuring safe equipment use and delivering comprehensive training to customer teams.
- Drive business growth by cultivating new leads, closing sales, expanding existing accounts, and leveraging market insights to develop regional strategies.
- Leverage digital tools to conduct service visits, recommend solutions, track customer accounts in Salesforce, and oversee routine equipment maintenance through the service team.
- Coordinate new equipment installations with the service team and provide hands-on training for housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen operations.
- Engage customers and industry peers by organizing innovation days and actively participating in tradeshows and events to generate new leads and strengthen client relationships.
- Maintain administrative excellence by completing required documentation and participating in mandatory safety and technical training programs.
Requirements
- Preferred candidates will live in the Atlanta GA or Charlotte NC areas.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Sales or operational experience in laundry, food service, or hospitality industries.
- Strong information technology skills; proficient in Excel and Salesforce.
- Availability to provide emergency customer support, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform precise work in confined spaces.
- Ability to complete pre-employment assessments, including any required physical or technical evaluations.
- Compliance with local mandates and customer requirements.
