About the role
- Design and implement thoughtful sales programs that support organizational goals and strengthen customer partnerships.
- Develop annual business plans and strategies that help your territory grow sustainably.
- Engage new customers and introduce new applications, using value-focused conversations and clear ROI support.
- Maintain a well-organized and accurate sales funnel in SFDC to help guide planning and forecasting.
- Support healthy account management including pump settings, pricing, and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Corporate Accounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing, Applications) to align on customer needs and market insights.
- Promote a safe and continuous-improvement mindset when reviewing processes and applications.
- Foster strong customer relationships to encourage long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant sales or account management experience (industrial/chemical experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A relationship-centered approach with the ability to listen, understand needs, and provide solutions.
- Experience managing a territory and developing new opportunities.
- Comfort working in Salesforce (SFDC) and maintaining an organized funnel.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to safety, integrity, and customer partnership.
