About the role
- Expand and further develop existing sales channels and maintain existing customer relationships
- Organize and attend customer appointments, in-house trade shows and roadshows
- Close coordination with Business Development, technical advisors and internal sales support
- Calculate and prepare quotations, present products and conduct sales negotiations
- Sell chemical products, equipment and systems, including large and small dosing systems, and provide technical services
- Introduce new products and systems and train employees of the specialist wholesale trade
- Prepare and submit reporting such as CRM (Salesforce), new-customer funnel and route/month planning, etc.
- Drive expansion and growth projects with the regional specialist wholesale trade
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- Experience in sales
- Experience in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth is desirable
- Negotiation and communication skills, persuasiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset paired with a confident and professional manner
- Ability to organize work independently
- Valid driver’s license (car)
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
