About the role
- Acquisition of new customers and development of new business
- Increase customer profitability and ensure implementation of price increases
- Secure customers through high-quality and efficient system concepts
- Conclusion and monitoring of customer-specific service contracts
- Training and instruction of customer staff
- Execution of service tasks and permitted technical service repairs
- Maximize assortment sales (cross-selling) and contribute to promoting sales of products and systems
- Close cooperation with the supervisor in customer support, new-customer acquisition, and with service and application technicians
- Monitoring and timely renewal of concluded contracts
- Completion and submission of requested reports within required deadlines
Requirements
- Vocational training in the brewing, beverage, food or dairy industry (preferably with further qualification as an engineer / technician / master) or equivalent level
- Chemical/technical knowledge and a solid understanding of hygiene
- Sales experience or a desire to move into sales
- Experience in the food sector
- Confident, outgoing manner with customers
- Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to the role
- Reliability, independent working style and ability to work in a team
- Enthusiasm, ambition and commitment
