About the role

Acquisition of new customers and development of new business
Increase customer profitability and ensure implementation of price increases
Secure customers through high-quality and efficient system concepts
Conclusion and monitoring of customer-specific service contracts
Training and instruction of customer staff
Execution of service tasks and permitted technical service repairs
Maximize assortment sales (cross-selling) and contribute to promoting sales of products and systems
Close cooperation with the supervisor in customer support, new-customer acquisition, and with service and application technicians
Monitoring and timely renewal of concluded contracts
Completion and submission of requested reports within required deadlines

Vocational training in the brewing, beverage, food or dairy industry (preferably with further qualification as an engineer / technician / master) or equivalent level
Chemical/technical knowledge and a solid understanding of hygiene
Sales experience or a desire to move into sales
Experience in the food sector
Confident, outgoing manner with customers
Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to the role
Reliability, independent working style and ability to work in a team
Enthusiasm, ambition and commitment
