About the role
- Sell our products and advise our customers
- New customer acquisition and strategic account development in coordination with RSM/BDM
- Needs analysis, system consulting, quotation preparation and complaint coordination
- Conduct sales presentations
- Train customer staff (application training, hygiene training)
- Collaborate with and support the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training (focus in chemistry, healthcare or hospitality is an advantage)
- 3–5 years' professional experience in building cleaning technology, kitchen hygiene/mechanical dishwashing, hospital hygiene and textile laundry, ideally in sales
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
- Enjoy working with people and numbers (business acumen, strong communication skills, empathy, team player)
- Self-responsible and reliable personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Excellent German skills, good English skills
- Willingness to travel within Austria (driver's license)
