About the role

  • Actively present and sell our collections to the existing customer base on site
  • Independently schedule appointments and provide comprehensive support to our retail partners and key account customers in the assigned sales territory
  • Proactively acquire new customers and provide expert advice on assortment planning and product placement
  • Conduct regular customer visits to ensure attractive product presentation and merchandising
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Monitor sell-through and manage targeted replenishment to maximize sales performance

Requirements

  • Passion for hunting, sports and outdoor apparel
  • At minimum, vocational/commercial training in apparel retail or the garment industry
  • Ideally, solid industry and territory knowledge
  • Enthusiasm for and technical knowledge of performance apparel
  • Ideally several years of experience in field sales
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Good command of English
  • High motivation and persuasive ability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Friendly personality with a positive mindset
  • Efficient and team-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel extensively and a valid driving license
