About the role
- You identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new growth opportunities.
- You build a high-quality pipeline through targeted research and creative outbound strategies.
- In initial conversations you understand the challenges of our potential customers, spark their interest, and qualify them.
- In close collaboration with the CEO, Marketing and Account Executives you test new strategies.
Requirements
- A strong will and motivation to launch a career in tech sales and to master a steep learning curve.
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment of phone outreach, and a professional, confident presence in direct customer contact.
- A desire to improve every day — both professionally and personally.
- A completed degree in (technical) business administration or a comparable field.
- Excellent German at native level (C2), both written and spoken.
- Initial experience in outbound sales (B2B SaaS) or in another customer-facing role (nice-to-haves).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools (nice-to-haves).
- A basic understanding of or interest in the energy or real estate sector (nice-to-haves).
- Good English skills (nice-to-haves).
