About the role
- As a BDR you are the face of Solarize and the first, decisive contact point for our future partners.
- You lay the foundation for our sales success and contribute directly to our growth.
- You identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new growth opportunities.
- You build a high-quality pipeline through targeted research and creative outbound strategies.
- In initial conversations you understand the challenges of our prospective customers and qualify them for the next steps.
Requirements
- A strong drive and motivation to launch a career in tech sales and to embrace a steep learning curve.
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment of phone outreach, and a professional, confident manner in direct customer interactions.
- A desire to improve every day—both professionally and personally.
- A completed degree in (technical) business administration or a comparable field of study.
- Excellent German at native level (C2), both spoken and written.
- Initial experience in outbound sales (B2B SaaS) or another customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and other sales tools is an advantage.
- A basic understanding of, or interest in, the energy or real estate sector is a plus.
- Good English skills are a plus.
