About the role

You develop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap.
You translate user and business requirements into specifications.
You analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify 'pains & gains'.
You work closely with Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, and Customer Success.
You manage the integration of complex third-party systems and ensure seamless processes.

Proven experience as a Product Manager (or in a comparable role).
Strong analytical skills to translate abstract business needs into actionable features.
Strong communicator who can engage and align diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with an eye for the “big picture”.
Confident user of product management tools such as Jira and Miro.
Excellent German language skills (C2), both written and spoken.
Ideally experience managing system integrations, particularly in the context of ERP systems (e.g., DATEV or SAP).
Basic understanding of the energy or real estate industry. Good English skills are an advantage.
