About the role
- You develop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap.
- You translate user and business requirements into specifications.
- You analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify 'pains & gains'.
- You work closely with Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- You manage the integration of complex third-party systems and ensure seamless processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager (or in a comparable role).
- Strong analytical skills to translate abstract business needs into actionable features.
- Strong communicator who can engage and align diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with an eye for the “big picture”.
- Confident user of product management tools such as Jira and Miro.
- Excellent German language skills (C2), both written and spoken.
- Ideally experience managing system integrations, particularly in the context of ERP systems (e.g., DATEV or SAP).
- Basic understanding of the energy or real estate industry. Good English skills are an advantage.
