About the role

  • Funnel build & scaling: You take ownership of end-to-end conception and build effective lead funnels — e.g., quizzes, calculators, VSLs or webinars — and guide leads from the first opt-in through the education phase to purchase.
  • In close alignment with the Performance team, you develop systematic nurturing and the logic of how ads, landing pages and CRM sequences play together as a scalable unit.
  • You identify winning formats and successfully adapt them to new products and target audiences.
  • CRO — Conversion Rate Optimization: You optimize every stage from opt-in through nurturing flows to checkout, working with clear hypotheses and valid A/B tests — we test to win, not to play.
  • You provide strategic input for landing pages and ad creatives based on insights from your funnels.
  • Lifecycle & Automations as a conversion layer: You implement your strategies in Klaviyo or comparable tools and work with complex behavioral triggers and precise segmentation.
  • You support product launches with a well-thought-out funnel logic that delivers immediate cash flow and sustainable retention.

Requirements

  • Funnel and growth focus: Your background is in funnel building, growth marketing, or D2C performance, directly or indirectly combined with email-related responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience: You have independently built funnels and demonstrably improved conversion rates.
  • E‑commerce DNA: You understand the psychology behind online purchases and know how to systematically build trust.
  • Speed of execution: You work result-oriented and at high speed — a fast pace is your standard.
  • Email marketing: You have supported, built, or executed email marketing — you don't have to be a Klaviyo expert.
  • Analytical and strategic: You quickly identify where potential is leaking in the customer journey and where revenue is being left on the table.
