About the role
- Conduct 20–25 Zoom-based screening calls per day with inbound candidates (primarily RNs)
- Assess key fit criteria including licensure, availability, and baseline qualifications
- Schedule same-day or next-day interviews with Senior Recruiters
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to refine messaging and improve efficiency
Requirements
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or both)
- Strong professional judgment
- Ability to identify red flags or alignment issues quickly
- Must be based in the United States
