About the role
- Own creative intake, capacity tracking, and timelines, milestones, dependencies, invoices and approvals across creative projects utilizing project management tools such as Linear.
- Serve as a central point of coordination to keep projects aligned and moving forward, and bring consistency and clarity to how creative work moves through the organization.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, or blockers and work with partners to resolve them, coordinating timelines and deliverables with internal editors, motion designers, freelancers, and external vendors.
- Ensure creative deliverables are completed on time and meet quality and brand standards, technical specifications and accessibility requirements by owning and formalizing the QA process.
- Support and manage video and multimedia production workflows from shoots, edits, reviews, exports, through to final delivery.
- Own freelancer coordination for video and multimedia projects, including onboarding, timelines, and feedback cycles.
- Own the organization and documentation of final creative assets across tools like Drive, Figma, LucidLink, Notion, Linear, etc.
- Ensure assets are properly labeled, versioned, QA’d and easy for teams to find and reuse.
- Partner with Integrated Marketing and Performance to ensure teams know what creative exists and how it can be used.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or marketing operations, managing internal and external creatives.
- Experience managing creative workflows across video, design, and copy.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once.
- Experience with project management tools; familiarity with Linear is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across cross-functional partners.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities may shift.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and a sense of ownership.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across teams.
