About the role
- Prospect into target accounts using a mix of outbound and inbound strategies
- Engage with potential customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Clearly articulate Solace’s value proposition to technical and business stakeholders
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and the wider GTM team
Requirements
- Professional fluency in French (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
- A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow in sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluency in Italian or Spanish, in addition to French (Nice-to-Have)
- Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or SaaS/tech (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.) (Nice-to-Have)
