Graphics Designer

• Collaborate and assist on the conceptualization and visual development of projects in partnership with the creative team
• Create original or assist with visual assets, standalone graphics, and layouts tailored to various platforms and audiences
• Source imagery and supporting visuals from archives or online repositories
• Translate complex ideas into clean, engaging, and accessible visual communications
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards
• Provide strategic design input and creative direction when needed
• Support marketing and communications efforts with high-quality, on-brand visual content
• Participate in feedback sessions and incorporate revisions with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
• Assist with website updates across SoLa Impact, SoLa Beehive Events, Social Impact, and the SoLa Foundation
