Coordinating supply chain activities between internal planning and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
Communicating supply and demand information to relevant stakeholders
Executing and tracking supply and purchase orders to support on-time delivery and customer service levels
Managing order exceptions, shortages, allocations, and stock-outs
Maintaining open order reporting and shipping plan communications
Supporting campaign timing and tolled material consumption
Coordinating reworks and redress activities at CMO sites
Assessing and escalating supply disruptions and quality events
Providing forecasts and input to performance metrics
Supporting priority planning and special projects
Escalating issues to the Supply Chain Manager as needed

Requirements

Associate degree in a related discipline,
Between 4 and 7+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments, particularly within the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sectors;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite;
3-5 years experience working with an ERP system;
3+ years In-depth knowledge of master scheduling, forecasting, customer service, logistics, distribution, and inventory management;
Solid understanding of MPS, MRP, forecasting techniques, and the impact of sourcing decisions;
Ability to work in a hybrid setting in New Brunswick, NJ, with at least 50% of time spent on-site and the flexibility to increase on-site presence beyond 50% based on business needs.
