Help transform data into actionable insights for teams and clients.
Support the Data team by exploring and leveraging the farmer dataset with modern data science techniques.
Build models to enrich the dataset for meaningful decision making for clients, agronomists, and farmers.
Integrate new data-scientific methods, including AI and Machine Learning, to solve practical business problems.
Analyze geospatial and remote sensing data.
Communicate complex technical findings into simple conclusions for agronomists and partners.
Collaborate with core data team and cross-functional teams to understand needs and contribute to data products, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a data related subject.
Motivated to improve businesses’ and communities’ resilience to climate change.
A hands-on, proactive and curious mindset, eager to take initiative and learn new skills.
A strong interest in agriculture and a passion for making a sustainable difference.
Experience with translating a user problem into a data driven solution, using modern data analysis/science tools.
Basic to Intermediate experience with data science techniques and programming, in Python (e.g. pandas, scikit-learn).
Proficient at LLM (Claude, ChatGPT) and know how to leverage AI capabilities.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus.
Fluent in English.
