Business Development Rep

• Identify market and business opportunities in the real estate and facility management sectors across the DACH region and develop and implement tailored customer strategies
• Acquire new customers via phone, video calls, social selling and in-person visits to sell our REM & CAFM software CareOffice
• Conduct professional negotiations at decision-maker level
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships across the DACH region
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and solution concepts tailored to customers’ interests and application landscape (in collaboration with technical colleagues)
• Work closely with internal sales, project managers, product owners, development and marketing
• Represent the company at trade fairs, events and on social media
